NYC Bus

In cooperation with the Vassar Club of New York (VCNY), the college will charter a bus to and from Manhattan for Reunion Weekend. On Friday at noon, the bus leaves NYC from Bryant Park (between 5th and 6th Avenues on 42nd Street). The return bus trip is on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. and departs Vassar campus from Main Circle. The trip is approximately two hours each way.

On-Campus Transportation

Various six- and four-passenger golf carts along with buses will be available throughout Reunion weekend for staff to transport alums around campus.

Parking on Campus

As a residential campus, on-campus parking is extremely limited, including handicapped spaces. Special lots are designated for Reunion and shuttles will run back and forth from the lots throughout the weekend. Alums are asked to respect all parking restrictions, especially in the fire lanes in front of residence halls. If you need to drop off your luggage, you may do so by stopping briefly in front of the residence hall, but you will need to move your car immediately.

NOTE: While we cannot guarantee or reserve parking spaces for anyone, even those with valid accessible parking permits, the college creates additional designated accessible parking spaces near Jewett and Davison.
