Housing & Hotels

Reunion attendees and guests staying on campus are housed in residence halls designated as class headquarters. The rate charged is per twin bed for any part of the weekend. The 5th Reunion class will receive a discounted rate per twin bed.

Residence Halls

Dorm rooms are very much the same as you remember when you were a student on campus. The dorms are sparse with a bed, dresser, and desk. If you prefer the creature comforts of home, we strongly recommend reserving a hotel room off-site.

Lost and Found 

We remind all attendees to be sure to gather all personal belongings before leaving campus at the end of Reunion Weekend. Should anyone find that they have misplaced or lost any personal effects, they should check in with their dorm concierges, the Welcome Center, or call (800) 443-8196. Any left-behind items received and properly identified may be returned to the owner by mail at their own expense. 

Family Housing

Due to the limited number of units available, ONLY registered families of four or more may request family housing. Note: Family housing will be different than your class’s dorm headquarters. 

Residence halls may undergo renovation and summer student housing demands have increased; therefore, fewer beds on campus may be available. As a result, housing will be on a first-come, first-served basis until all available beds are filled; this means rooms can be doubles, triples, or quads. Rooming and special requests will be honored only if practical and possible. 

NOTE: Requests for housing, registration, and Saturday evening meals cannot be accommodated after registration closes, which will be two weeks prior to Reunion Weekend.

Off-Campus Hotels 

As an alternative for those who do not wish to, or who are not able to, stay in a residence hall, there are a number of nearby hotels. Many book up early due to other local events during Reunion Weekend, so we strongly suggest you make reservations early. A list of area hotels will be available online. Guests with Special Needs 

Classmates who have special needs, including but not limited to accessibility or housing requirements, should let the college know on their registration form. The Office for Accessibility and Educational Opportunity works closely with Reunion staff to provide a maximum level of comfort to all returning alums. 

Service Animals at Reunion

Service animals are permitted on campus and in the dorms provided the appropriate paperwork is submitted two weeks prior to arrival for Reunion Weekend. 

We strongly recommended that alums who require an emotional support animal during Reunion Weekend stay off-site at a pet-friendly area hotel.

Note: As previously stated, most residence halls (even some classroom buildings) are not accessible to everyone. Guests in wheelchairs, and those who use electric scooters, crutches, walkers, or canes, etc. may not be able to comfortably stay in or visit all buildings on campus.
